This is my ISP they are very helpful and are going to be one of the biggest in the UK. They offer 56k access of all types and they are totally free to use, if you are looking for a new ISP you can do a whole lot worse.

As you already know prices over here are quite expensive for computer components, if you don't think they are, then visit this site. It is not just one company selling stuff but it is retailers and private sellers from all over the US selling gear(Mostly new). Most of the sellers ship to over here and even with the cost of postage added on it is still a whole lot cheaper than over here.
